Consider the bottom line point of your paper (the so-what) and imagine how you can make that idea public. You can work alone or with your group according to interests and topics.
Possibilities for the digitally or "real" wold re-made portion of the project are as follows:
A collection of images that make a visual statement (Flickr, Tabblo, Photoshop, iMovie)
An audio recording or podcast (Garageband, Audacity)
A comic strip or series of political cartoons (Comic Life, Bubblr)
A diorama (materials vary)
A poster or collage (materials vary)
A public performance or statement (posters, gorilla art, bumper stickers, buttons, t-shirts, op-ed etc)
This is just a preliminary list of possibilities. Certainly there are other modes you could work in, so we can add to this list if you have specific interests and ideas. Your choice for the re-make should take into account not only your own preferences, but it should also consider the nature of the argument you make and the means adequate for transforming it.
THE PRESENTATION: 1) You will have 5-10 minutes to present your re-mix to the class (on the last two days of class). In this presentation, you will: -show your re-mix in whatever form it is -explain what your argument essay did, then demonstrate how the re-mix re-presents it. -explain your analysis of audience, purpose, genre, & context of the re-mix. -tell us the most important thing you learned in the class. 2) You will also hand in an approximately 500 word reflection on the course. Before you write the reflection, go back and review the course calendars and the syllabus. Refresh your mind in terms of what we actually did.

The Re-Mix Project:
The re-mix pushes boundaries by helping to redefine and reassign meaning to disability.
The project is appealing; it works aesthetically or in terms of its narrative function
The project attempts to go public if that is at all possible; it attempts to make us (and a broader audience) feel something we will remember.
The Presentation:
The presenter explains the gist of their argument essay in a clear and interesting way and then explains the work of the remix in relation to the essay.
The presenter gives an overview/analysis of the rhetorical situation (genre, context, audience, & purpose) of the re-mix in a way that is significant and meaningful.
The presenter explains the most significant thing(s) learned during the course of the semseter in terms of theory and writing in a way that is honest and meaningful.
